Exceptional service from staff.

The air conditioning in my room barely worked, making it uncomfortable throughout my stay. Additionally, the shower drain was clogged, leaving me standing in water, which was quite unpleasant. To top it off, I noticed a few ants in the room, raising concerns about cleanliness.

The intimate ground-floor room, with direct access to a serene courtyard, surprised us positively. Yet, prepare for a bit of a walk to major attractions. Ideal for a peaceful break, though it might be a stretch for those seeking nightlife.

During our stay, we took a lovely stroll through the neighborhood, enjoying the local Italian cuisine at cozy nearby restaurants. The rooftop breakfast was a treat, with great views and friendly staff who made us feel welcomed. Our group, including my cousin, truly enjoyed our time together.

My kids wished there were more family-friendly amenities like a play area. It would have made our stay even better.

We explored the amazing Colosseum and the beautiful Vatican City. The breakfasts were top-notch, and the rooftop views were stunning. It's about a 15-minute walk from the station, which was super convenient for our adventures. Definitely recommend this place for a fun stay!
